Clair Had been a regular on my radio broadcasts over the years. He was so interested in things of nature just like me. I looked forward to his calls and so did my listeners who often asked about Clair. I think of him especially every spring when the red winged blackbirds arrive. Clair was always first to spot them in his end of the county. Like so many others I have known over the years, Clair has left us but is not forgotten and that is so important.
Sincerely,
Charlie Evers

Our deepest symathies to the Butz family.

I remember Mr. Butz driving the big snub-nosed bus. I was also a class mate of Dave's. May they have a big reunion in the sky.

Love you all,
John & Lisa

Dear Butz Family,
I was so sorry to read about Mr. Butz. He was a special man. He was always congenial, kind and caring as a bus driver. When I began teaching half-day kindergarten at Elgin West, he was helpful to me and always found humor in any situation. I know you will miss him.
Please know all of you are in my daily thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely,
Cheryl Oehler
