WHAT A SWEET MAN YOU WERE ERNEST. WHEN SHERRY MARRIED OUR SON, KARL, YOU OPENED UP YOUR HOME AND ALSO YOUR HEART, AND INCLUDED US AS PART OF YOUR FAMILY.  WE SHALL NEVER FORGET THE MANY GOOD TIMES WE SPENT WITH YOU AND RAMONA.  WE THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS FOR ALWAYS MAKING US FEEL SO WELCOME.  YOUR TOWERING PRESENCE MADE EVERYONE FEEL SAFE WHEN THEY WERE WITH YOU.  A BIG MAN WITH A BIGGER HEART IS HOW WE WOULD DESCRIBE YOU.  YOU HAVE FOUGHT THE LONG AND PAINFUL FIGHT, AND WE PRAY YOU HAVE NOW FOUND PEACE AND CAN REST IN THE ARMS OF JESUS. YOU ARE IN A MUCH BETTER PLACE NOW, AND YOUR BODY IS COMPLETELY HEALED. YOU WILL BE SO MISSED BY US AND ALL THAT KNEW YOU. UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN, WE SEND YOU ON YOUR JOURNEY WITH OUR LOVE.
WE EXTEND OUR DEEPEST CONDOLENCES TO YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY.

Dear Carolyn, Sherry, & Desiree,

Our hearts and prayers go out to each of you in the passing of your father. Uncle Ernest, like the rest of the Cox brothers, was always there for me growing up. Uncle Ernest helped my mother and I when we did not have anything. We will always be grateful for his kindness toward us. I pray God's peace and understanding will be with you during this difficult time and in the days ahead.
Gene Belcher son of Lois Cox Belcher

Ernest will be very much missed by us, as he opened up his home and heart to us and we became part of his huge family when his daugher, Sherry, married our son, Karl.  We know his pain and suffering is gone, and he is resting in the arms of Jesus with a completely healed body.  Our deepest condolences go out to his entire family.

To all of Ernest's family, Don and I send our condolences.  My mother, Greta Hamm was Ramona's cousin and she loved Ramona and Ernest very much.  I believe they are all together again and in a far better place.
