I was sorry to learn of Betty's death. I knew her well back in the '30's and '40's. Her brother, Dave, was one of my close friends, and I was often in and out of their home. I always liked Betty. Don't know of anyone who didn't. Real nice girl. And adventuresome. To the best of my memory, she was the only Prospect girl nervy enough to join the armed forces in World War II. (My apologies to any other Prospect girl or girls I may be possibly overlooking.)  I last talked with Betty around a year ago. Phoned her when I heard she was sick.. I live in Florida. First time I had heard her voice in over a half century. I send my heartfelt condolences to all the family.
