Dear family:

What a remarkable life she had to live to be 100 ! A milestone not any of us ever make.

You have our sympathy as I know it's never easy at any age to lose a parent. Our thought and prayers are with you and your families.

Dear Marcia,
We were sorry to learn of your mother's passing.
100 years old is really something!  Greer's mother died last January at 100, also.

To Ruth, Judy and Marcia.  Ruth, I just received a copy of your mom's obituary from Margaret Berger.  I want to say I'm sorry to hear of her passing but in fact, I think it is great that she reached 100 years old and it is time to celebrate her life and let her go, knowing that you will see her again.  Hope to hear from you more often, Ruth, since you now know my e-mail address.

Marcia and families, our condolences on your loss.  Having a mother who lives to be 100 is not an ordinary thing.  Still, a loss of a loved one is a loss.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you send her on her next journey.  Love and blessings to all.

I know this is a very difficult time for the family. Something that has always given me comfort is a scripture at Revelation 21:4, it says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” I sincerely hope this brings you some comfort.
