Linda L. Pitchford, 63, of Richwood, died unexpectedly Friday, Dec. 9, 2005, at her home. She was retired from the Department of Youth Services in Marion, where she worked as a food service supervisor. She was past president and deeply involved with Richwood VFW Post No. 870 Women's Auxiliary. RICHWOOD — Frank J. Pitchford, 75, Landon Road, died Sunday September 17, 1995 at his residence. Born Aug. 8, 1920, in Gallia County, he was the son of Rufus and Callie (Johnston) Pitchford. On Jan. 28, 1966, he married Linda Rogers and she survives. He was a retired mechanic with the Ohio Department of Transportation, member of VFW Post 879, Elks Lodge 1130, Marysville, and U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
