RICHWOOD — Carl L. Rubeck, 70, Beatty Avenue, died unexpectedly Wednesday night April 16, 1990 in his home. He was born Sept. 25, 1919, in LaRue, to the late Joseph and Helen Offenberger Rubeck. On May 1, 1946, in Newark, he married Josephine Gebhart, who survives. For 38 years, Mr. Rubeck was a lineman for Ohio Edison Co.
