To the family of George Martin: I knew George for many years while patrolling the streets of Richwood as their Sergeant. I had many great conversations with George. He was great in keeping our streets and green areas free of trash. I told him many times thanks for being a great citizen for our town. I will miss George....He was a great man. Fly High George....

George was a kind man. Our family enjoyed visiting with him. He had lots of interesting stories and many historical facts. He will be missed. May perpetual light shine upon him.

I was so sorry to learn of George's passing. The past few months he has been away from Richwood he has been missed. George was a friend of my mother Isabelle Somerlot Rubeck and my aunt Laura
Somerlot Kuba since his childhood.

I didn't know George well but over the years when our paths crossed he always seemed kind and friendly. He was an asset for Richwood.
