Richard Ivan Biggs, Jr., 68 of Richwood, died unexpectedly Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at his home.  He was born May 19, 1946 in Columbus to the late Richard Ivan Sr. and Betty (Campbell) Biggs. On September 26, 1964 he married his high school sweetheart, Linda Lou Welsh in Grove City.  He has missed her terribly since her death on March 26, 2013.
