Cloa Mae Cramer, 92, of Richwood died Sunday, Dec. 5,2004, at Marion Manor Nursing Home.
She retired in 1974 from the Ohio Reformatory for Women as a corrections officer. She was a member of the Richwood Church of Christ, American Legion Auxiliary, the former Claibourne Grange and the Slim Whitman Appreciation Society. She had been active in the Union County Republican Party.

Thomas E. “Tom” Patterson Thomas E. “Tom” Patterson, 80 of Richwood, died Thursday, January 30, 2014 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He was born September 23, 1933 in Essex to the late Ralph Patterson and Cloa Mae (Jenkins) Cramer. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents who helped raise him, Charles Edward and Clara Amanda Patterson.
