John E. Patton, 65, of rural West Mansfield died unexpectedly Thursday, Dec. 7, 2006, at the Marion General Hospital.
He was a graduate of the Alderson and Broadus College in Phillipi, W.Va.,and was a veteran of the U .S. Navy. A retired physicians assistant, he enjoyed fishing and spending time at Indian Lake, playing golf on the computer, and collecting things such as books, stamps, toys, trains and much more.

| Rose Marie Pfeiffer as a registered nurse for 40 years in many settings, finally retiring from Maria Joseph Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Dayton.
Her passions included gardening, sewing, collecting memorabilia, and working on the family genealogy. Her children were her greatest accomplishment. She loved spending time with them and her grandchildren, of whom she was most proud, although she would never brag or boast.
