| Sarah J. Wood Sarah J. Wood, 96 of Marion, died Tuesday morning February 2, 2021 at the Marion General Hospital.
She was born April 11, 1924 in New Bloomington to the late Paul and Jennie Irene (Montgomery) Gracely, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Lowell H. Wood, they were married in May of 1944 and he died in September of 1997. She was also predeceased by her brother: William E. Gracely.

after a serious illness of one week.
A homemaker, she attended Zion United Church of Christ in Prospect and
was a member of Prospect American Legion Auxiliary.
She was born Sept. 8,1924, at Grimm's Landing, W. V., to the late Ira and
Myrtle McCall Craig. She married Paul R. Wood on April 30,1953, in Prospect

He was born July 19, 1942 in Lawrence County, Kentucky to the late Wayne and Flora (Baldwin) Wooten. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Phyllis Spaulding.
