Betty Jean Schaber age 74, of Marion, formerly of New Bloomington, died Saturday, Sept. 16, 2006, at 3:50 a.m. at Community Healthcare Center in Marion.
She was born Aug. 19, 1932 in Marion, to the late William Eslie and Faye (Hindman) May.
On Oct. 10, 1948, at the New Bloomington United Methodist Church, she married Howard LaRoy Schaber and he survives.
