Emma Neil Stout Emma Neil Stout, 69, of Spencerville died Tuesday, May 30, 2000, at St.
Rita's Medical center in Lima after a nine-month illness.
She was retired as secretary, to the treasurer of the North Union schools and
was a member of Central United Methodist Church in Richwood.
She was born Feb. 4, 1931, in Marysville to the late William and Catherine

Alvin T. Stover Alvin T. Stover, 89 of Green Camp, died Wednesday evening, August 30, 2023 at Marion General Hospital.
He was born January 1, 1934, one of eleven children in Elmwood, West Virginia to the late Henry and Bertha (Mays) Stover. He was also preceded in death by a son, Jesse Stover, a granddaughter, Heather Christian; four siblings, Ernest Stover, Connie Persinger, Jerolene Wolf, Leo Stover.

RICHWOOD - - Edgar W. Strouse, 73, died late Tuesday night May 14, 1991 in Marion General Hospital.
The Richwood resident was bom March 29,1918, in Lancaster to the late Arthur and Dora Moore Strouse.
In 1942, in Tyler, Texas, he married Jetta Marcella Cunningham Strouse, who survives.
Before retiring, he was a self-employed furnace and air conditioner repairman. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
