Shirley R. Swihart Shirley R. Swihart, 80, of Richwood, died Wednesday evening September 25, 2019 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
She was born May 9, 1939 in Delaware to the late Clifton and Dorothy (Wolford) Newman. She was also preceded in death by her former husband Jerry Swihart, as well as a brother Robert Newman and a grandson.

Clifford Allen Tanner 912, in Richwood, to the late Leroy E. and Eva
Potts Tanner. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Helen Hitt, in
1940, and by his second wife, Vera Pauline Erwin, in 1987. He also was
predeceased by a sister, Helen L. May, and a brother, Harvey Tanner.
Surviving are his children, Janice (Gordon) Smith of Ocala, Fla., and
Elma (Hal) Parish, Larry (Carol) Tanner and Nancy (Marvin) Shuster, all

Elma Agnes Tanner t, 8, 1997 at Marion Manor. The former
Richwood resident had been in failing health for several years.
She was a member of Community United Calvary Church and
the Richwood VKW Auxiliary.
A native of Springfield, she was born May 11, 1907, a daughter
of the late Elmer and Myrtle Wycoff Doss. Her husband, John
Tanner, whom she married in 1924, preceded her in death in 1960.

Frances I. Tanner, 76, of Richwood, died Tuesday afternoon, May 16,
2006, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
A 1948 graduate of Magnetic Springs High School, she was retired as
owner/operator of the Villa/Hotel Restaurant in Richwood for many years.
She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and

Lowell Dean Taylor Lowell Dean Taylor 82, of Radnor, died peacefully Saturday evening January 19, 2019 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
He was born May 30, 1936 in Radnor to Thomas Luellen and Thelma (Schultz) Taylor, his mom survives in Ashley at the age of 105.
