Glenn E. Wood Glenn E. Wood 74 of New Bloomington, died peacefully Wednesday afternoon May 23, 2018 at the Marion General Hospital with his family by his side.
He was born April 9, 1944 in Essex to the late Edwin and Kathryn (Drake) Wood.
Glenn was a 1962 graduate of the New Bloomington High School along with future wife Joyce; they were two of seven in the class.

She was a past President with American Legion Auxiliary, a member for 38 years. A member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Prospect, Lefemme, 40/8, Pithian Sisters, Mother’s Club and former member of Mt. Carmel Chapter 42 Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed gardening, baking and bird watching.

She had been a teacher in the Marion County area.
