Joan Britenstine
Joan Britenstine, 57, of Richwood died Thursday, May 25, 1995, at Memorial Hospital of Union County after a one-year illness.
She was a homemaker and a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Marysville.
She was born July 8, 1937, in Richwood to the late Elsie and Minerva Hoover Craig. She was predeceased by two brothers.

Bom May 22, 1905, in Marion County, she was the daughter of Issac and Inez (Britton) Dickason.
On June 15,1944, she married Walter M. Britton. He preceded her in death Jan. 14,1981.

She died Aug 12, 1973 at 1 a.m. Sunday at her home. A ruling is expected from the Marion County coroner on the cause of death. She was born May 28, 1920, in Indiana to Henry and Anna B. (Gerber) Smith. He survives in Michigan and she in Richmond, Ind.
She married Donald F. Brown May 30, 1947, in Albany, N. Y. They lived hi the LaRue area for 16 years. He survives.
