She was born June 4, 1924 in Bellefontaine, Ohio to the late Earl W. and Gladys (Friend) Miller. On March 17, 1944 she married Bertice C. “Bert” Ballinger and he preceded her in death on October 28, 1969.

| Steve L. Ballinger Steve L. Ballinger, 66 of Marion, died Monday morning, April 28, 2014 at home. He was born July 19, 1947 in Kenton to the late Bertice Carl and Phyllis Ann (Miller) Ballinger.
On April 9, 1967 he married the former Becky Grose in the Pharisburg United Methodist Church, and she survives.

She had been in failing health for one year.

| Ossie Nelson Boggs Ossie Nelson Boggs, 75, of Magnetic Springs died Sunday, Aug. 2, 1998 at the Arbors in Delaware after suffering a stroke July 20.
He retired in 1985 as a master mechanic at Miller Implement John Deere
in Delaware. He was an avid antique and junk collector. He enjoyed fishing
and telling stories and his special pets, Jack, his dog, and Mickey, his cat.
