| John W. Watkins John W. Watkins, 87, long-time Prospect businessman, educator and former Marion County Commissioner, died unexpectedly Wednesday morning, February 15, 2017 in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.

She was born October 24, 1918 to the late Ernest and Eva Gertrude (Decker) Swartz in Warrensburg, Ohio. In 1962 she married John J. Watkins and they lived in Prospect,Ohio and he died in 1984. Mable was previously married to Phillip A. Daugherty, they lived in Pleasant Twp and he died in 1971.
