Dorothy Ileane Powell Bevis, 85, of Prospect, passed away Monday evening, November 13, 2006 at Marion Manor. She was born October 26, 1921 in Morrow County to the late John Milton Powell and Mary Frances (Gano) Powell-Osborne.
On December 31, 1939 she married Jay Hoffman Bevis in Greenup, Kentucky in a double wedding ceremony with Joe and Maxine (Hall) Thacker. Jay passed away on August 26, 1999.
