She enjoyed trap shooting with her husband and his friends and many times even beat them. She spent many hours refinishing furniture and doing upholstery. She was born July 22, 1920, in Richwood to the late Ross Penrose and Reah Dale Chapman Wiley and was predeceased by a sister, Mildred Law-son.
