Emma Neil Stout, 69, of Spencerville died Tuesday, May 30, 2000, at St. Rita's Medical center in Lima after a nine-month illness. She was retired as secretary, to the treasurer of the North Union schools and was a member of Central United Methodist Church in Richwood.
