Paula A. Swafford a coffee connoisseur and there would always be a pot of fresh coffee in the house. She adored her movie collection to which she would add often. Family members would often joke about not having to buy a movie because Mom already had it and they could borrow that from her. Her ability to stay awake for extended period of hours was exemplary. Janet Louise Swartz, 52, of Richwood died Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2002, at her
home surrounded by her husband and children after a three-month battle
with pancreatic cancer.
She was a well known and respected pharmacist in the Marion area. She
graduated summa cum laude from the College of Pharmacy at The Ohio State
University in 1973 and began her career at Whiston's Pharmacy in Mount
