H. Richard Gix H. Richard Gix, 70 of Prospect died unexpectedly Friday, March 28, 2008 at his home. He was born July 28, 1937 in Marion to the late Harold W. and Ruth Alice (Mehaffey) Gix.

| Ruth LaVerne Golden ident, Ruth LaVerne Golden, 91, died Wednesday,
March 6, 1996 at Marion General Hospital.
The retired B.F. Goodrich employee was born February 11,1905
in Prospect, the daughter of Charles and Elizabeth Self Culp. She
married Richard J. Golden March 14, 1929. He preceded her in
death in 1970. Three sisters and a brother are also deceased.
Graveside services were held Saturday, March 9 at Greenlawn
