Lowell Dean Taylor 82, of Radnor, died peacefully Saturday evening January 19, 2019 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born May 30, 1936 in Radnor to Thomas Luellen and Thelma (Schultz) Taylor, his mom survives in Ashley at the age of 105. Radnor, went to be with the Lord Tuesday morning January 29, 2019 at the Ashley Manor, where she had been residing for the last 11 years. She was born December 23, 1913 in Meigs County to the late Claude and Blanche (Grimm) Schultz, she was also preceded in death by her husband Thomas Taylor, they were married November 8, 1933 and he died in 2004 after 70 years of marriage.
