He married Virginia Griffith on Nov. 12,1958, in Rhode Island and she survives.
He is also survived by a daughter, Julie Yates of Prospect; a son, David
Yates of the home; two sisters, Cora Thomas of Kenton and Diane Yates of Marion;
and three brothers, Ernie Lee Massie, Walter Yates and Forest Ray Yates,
all of Marion.

She was the youngest of fourteen brothers and sisters, and was particularly close to her sisters Esther Cain and Dorothy Calley.
She is also survived by sisters-in-law, Cora (James) Thomas, Prospect; Diane Yates, Marion; brothers-in-law, Wayne Cain, Portland, Oregon; Ernie Lee Massie; Walter Yates; Forest Ray Yates, all of Marion.

Minnie Irene Yearsley been ill several years.
She was a member of Claibourne United Methodist Church and
the Union County Retired Teachers Association.
The daughter of Malcolm M. and Mary A. Wurtsbaugh
Cameron wnn born July 23, 1902. Her husbnnd Thomas A. "Tim"
Yearsley, whom she married Juno 26, 1938, preceded her in death
July 26, 1978.
Surviving are a brother Harold Cameron of Toledo; several
nieces nnd nephews.

Leona Mae Daniels Harraman Zachariah Leona Mae Daniels Harraman Zachariah, age 92 of Richwood died Thursday morning, February 23, 2012 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 15, 1919 in Marion to the late Thomas and Nellie (Stallings) Daniels.

Calvin "Kelly" E. Zieg , and she survives.
Mr. Zieg retired from farming in 1977, was a member of Green Camp Emmanuel United Church of Christ, and was a past original member of Mount Olive Community Band.
He also is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Thomas (Janet) Reynolds, Marion, and Mrs. Arthur (Mary Alice) Granlee, Green Camp; a sister, Iva Stout, Lombard, 111.; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
