Florabell (Flo) Anderson Failor Florabell (Flo) Anderson Failor, passed away on November 5, 2013 at the age of 91. Her health has been failing for some time before her death. She passed away in Tucson, Arizona, where she lived since 2009. Flo is survived by her sister, Norma Jean Fricker, three children, two grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He only knew he enjoyed training and driving horses and wanted to devote himself to it full time. He had a knack for getting lame horses back on the track.
