RICHWOOD — Leo D. Teets, 83, died Monday March 27, 1995 evening at The Arbors Nursing Home, Delaware.
He was born Feb. 24, 1912, in Pharisburg, the son of Wayne and Loverna (Ball) Teets.
On July 12, 1945, in Findlay, he married Dessie D. Kilfiian, and she survives.
The retired farmer had worked at the ASCS office, was the clerk for Leesburg Township for 25 years and was a former member of the Leesburg Grange.
